J-Seed Inc., a Japan-based IT Services provider, today announced that Hiroshi Matsubara, a former Senior Sales Executive for JD Edwards and EMC Japan has joined the firm as General Manager.

Mr. Matsubara was instrumental in the sales growth of JD Edwards in the 1990s, during which time the company's revenue grew dramatically.
