Interact Commerce Corporation Appoints J-Seed as Master Business Partner for SalesLogix in Japan
November 5, 2002. Interact Commerce Corporation (Interact) today announced that they have signed J-Seed Ventures, Inc. as their Master Business Partner for the company's SalesLogix products in Japan. J-Seed will be responsible for product localization, marketing, sales and technical support for SalesLogix products in Japan. J-Seed will offer both English and Japanese versions of these products in Japan. Based in Tokyo, Japan, J-Seed's expertise in servicing the Japanese marketplace and their local presence will enable them to meet the unique needs of Japanese corporations.

Corning International Teams with J-Seed for Upgrade of Supply Chain Management System
Corning International KK and J-Seed announced the implementation of SCALA version 5.1 covering supply chain management functions for Corning's business lines.
The new systems will streamline Corning's internal processes and build a foundation for extended collaboration both internally and externally.
Among other benefits, the upgrade will allow Corning to achieve system interoperability and redefine business processes in the area of electric data interchange for Corning's customers and warehouses.

J-Seed to offer BBPhone IP Telephony services to Japanese enterprises
J-Seed announced that the company has partnered with BB Communications to re-sell BBPhone, an IP Phone service, as well as YahooBB ADSL Internet Access Service.
"We are excited to be in a position to bring the true cost-savings and convenience of IP Telephony to Japanese companies," said Jeffrey Char, President and CEO of J-Seed.

LUX Japan Ltd signs agreement with J-Seed for enterprise software upgrade
J-Seed announced today that it has been hired by LUX Japan Ltd to implement the company's upgrade to Scala 5.1.
Scala 5.1 is fully integrated e-business management software for business processes including financial and resource management, marketing, supply process management, service and project process management, manufacturing and business intelligence.
Scala 5.1 is powered by Microsoft SQL Server 7.0 for superior database control, and provides companies with enhanced accounting functionality.

J-Seed Attracts Senior Sales Executive
J-Seed Inc., a Japan-based IT Services provider, today announced that Hiroshi Matsubara, a former Senior Sales Executive for JD Edwards and EMC Japan has joined the firm as General Manager.
